An evening of stories and poetry readings, the works of Henry Lawson, will be held on Wednesday evening the 14th June from 7pm in the Monsignor Flanagan Centre of St Mary of the Presentation Church Mudgee.
The event is being held to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Henry’s birth. Readers include Kevin Pye, Bruce Roberts, Bruce McGregor, Sam Paine, Ross Kurtz, Fr Tony Hennessey and open mike time for anyone else who would like to join in.
Mudgee Valley Writers and St Mary’s Parish are sponsoring the event. Tea, coffee and soft drinks will be supplied. BYO nibbles.
